I have grown tremendously. I have a great understanding of how the business operates and how I can make a difference. The programme has given me the opportunity to better understand the corporate world and more importantly to understand myself and my career aspirations. I love the people I work with – the charismatic individuals that help get things done. The people are at the heart of what makes Vodacom great. I see myself advancing within the business having been exposed to different areas and being involved in cross-functional projects. There are many opportunities if you are willing to put in the work.
A year on... and the experience has been Great!!I am currently rotating in different functions within Vodacom.
